A Spirit-Led Father
This message to the men of the church describes a Spirit-led father: one who knows he stands not by his own might but by God’s grace. The Holy Spirit promised in John 14:16 lives in every believer, and there is no vacuum: we are led either by the Spirit or by the flesh, two forces in constant conflict (Galatians 5). Many of our troubles come from our own decisions, so fathers are urged not to let the flesh override the Spirit, but to let love, joy, peace and the rest of the fruit of the Spirit show in their homes. It closes with prayers for fathers, families and restored relationships.
